Veteran-Founded, Volunteer-Led
UHOA was founded and is led by Jermaine Bullard Sr., a U.S. Army Staff Sergeant (E-6) who served three deployments to Iraq and two tours in Kuwait. He serves as Founder and Executive Director on a volunteer basis. Read the founder's story.
